The room was small yet warm and inviting. A shelf filled to the brim with large books stood at one end while the other end of the room was occupied with a stone fireplace that--at the moment--was cold and empty of any flames, though ash's remained there. In front of two slightly large open windows stood a large oak desk, behind said desk was a comfortable looking crimson leather chair where a man sat fast asleep.
The man was thin and pale looking, his raven black hair tied back in a pony tail where a white streak ran through the perfect black, from shock or maybe the man had simply dyed it. The mans name was Gage Ahriman and he had just arrived here at Hogwarts, his bags still laying on the floor beside a lazy couch that stood near the fireplace. Since he was in a teachers office and looked to old to be a student it was well known that he was a teacher. And indeed he was. Gage was here to teach Defense Against The Dart Arts.
He had long awaited this chance of a life time, to mold the young minds and make them the best damned spell casters of the generation. Well... he was probably setting his goals a little to high, but Gage was enthusiastic about his new job. Shifting slightly in his chair the man remained asleep, though if any teacher or student entered into his room he would or corse hear them. He had always been a very light sleeper.
